Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT and Technology, for ICDS Recruitment Consultants (Dublin. Wenow have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on and develop our business in the area of IT and Technology , providing a comprehensive recruitment service to a wide array of clients in Ireland. This role will be based in our Dublin offices. In this role you will be responsible for: Hands-on recruitment and sourcing of high-skilled candidates. Managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, and bringing client assignments to a successful conclusion. Relationship management and servicing of existing client portfolio. Account management of key accounts. Identification of, and marketing to, new business opportunities, both individually and as part of a team. Pitching to new clients. Assistance in tender preparation and submission. Contributing to the ongoing development of the business, and the improvement of operations. You will have access to a considerable client portfolio, including many preferred supplier accounts; youwill work with a substantial and effective database, systems, and tools; and you will be fully supported by back-office functions. Interested applicants should be experienced recruiters with excellent recruiting, sourcing, and business development skills, and as such should be able to demonstrate a successful billing track record and the ability to close deals. You should exhibit an excellent customer focus, have a passion for recruiting, be pro-active and show initiative, have attention to detail, and have or be able to gain a thorough understanding of your market, candidate aspirations, and client expectations.
