If you are someone who has 1 years experience in a helpdesk role, experience with Active Directory and Office 365 , and have a basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking , switching and firewalls get in touch TODAY! The Service Desk engineer will manage and respond to all incoming helpdesk support requests, providing an initial point of contact for all employees who have IT incidents or service requests. Key responsibilities. Service desk - call logging, tracking, resolution and metrics of helpdesk. Ownership of issues to resolution with both internal and external suppliers. Ensures that requests for assistance are responded to in a timely manner. Administration & configuration for all user accounts for all staff on boarding and off boarding to include active directory, email and all requested applications. To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software - PCs, laptops, desk and mobile phones, printer/copiers, Windows operating systems, applications software, mobile etc. Troubleshooting network connectivity issues LAN/WAN and WIFI. Takes responsibility for projects as assigned i.e. timelines and deliverables. Day to day management of the helpdesk - dealing with cases from inception to completion. To provide detailed reports on all user accounts, roles & rights when required. Interested?
