Valuation Analyst (Developer) – Dublin. Great opportunity to join a large residential developer in Dublin. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Valuation Analyst to assist with price determination for housing and apartment schemes. You will be responsible for transacting, planning, engineering, design, construction and sales disciplines that will involve sourcing, selecting, analysing and presenting evidence from comparable developments.
