The company are now looking for Account Managers and Business Developers with a passion for technology and business to join their team. The main objective of this job is to build and manage a pipeline in order to grow the business customer base in global markets. You will be working on 360 global sales deals with mid to high level deals at a corporate level. The products you’ll be working with will include cloud, mobility, fixed and mobile broadband, IOT, unified comms, and security. Your role will encompass identification and qualification of leads, managing customer needs during proposal process, managing am accurate sales pipeline, and closing high value deals. You’ll complete these sales processes through outbound calling, social selling, networking, engagement with potential client’s buying centres, and building solutions tailored to the client needs. You’ll have your own individual deliverables and targets, and will benefit from ongoing training to support you to achieve and exceed your targets! What do I need to bring to the job? YOU? You will have 2-5 years’ sales experience (depending on the level you go in at) ideally within a tech background or you’ll have a great deal of interest in tech. You’ll be experienced in the full 360 sales cycle from identifying leads to closing deals at a corporate level. You’ll be comfortable managing a healthy sales pipeline and working with long saes cycles. Attitude is key here, if you’re positive outgoing, talkative, and eager to grow and learn, you’ll be a great for for the team. This positions have salaries starting from 30-40k with an OTE of 40-60k, a great benefits package including ongoing training, a subsidised canteen, free parking, access to a 24 hour gym, 21 days holiday allowance (plus an additional birthday day!), and an awesome company culture.
