Our client is a revolutionary Irish organisation operating in the energy sector and based in Dublin City centre who are expanding in US and European markets. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and own the marketing strategy for Ireland which can also be implemented and adapted to European Markets. The Role: As mentioned above, the Marketing Manager will own the marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing in order to shape the direction of the marketing campaigns in Ireland and abroad. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing strategy across both digital and traditional channels and does require a strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns. In this position, there will be a strong element of inbound marketing campaign development and implementation and the use of your digital skills to drive traffic to the relevant channels. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the implementation of all marketing campaigns, working closely with a graphic designer (in-house) and agencies. There will be an element of Public Relations in this position working with a PR agency to develop the content and strategy around these campaigns. A very important element of this position will be the analysis of marketing campaigns, and such the need for excellent excel and analytical skills is very evident. There will be a small element of events associated with his position but there will be client relationship development/management as part of this position. The Person: Previous experience in a marketing position developing marketing strategies, both traditional and digital is required for this position. A marketing qualification is desired but not essential. Experienced in development of inbound marketing campaigns is desired with excellent digital marketing skills required. Exposure to public relations or management of a public relations agency is very beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate a very proactive work ethic, a "go-getter" attitude, and someone who can work autonomously but also in part of a team. Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment that doesn't have rigid structures and work cross-functionally with other teams. Candidates must like dogs as there are dogs in the office!
