Our client is an Irish owned company who have grown and expanded for tour companies with separate divisions in Dublin, Lisburn, Surrey and Germany! What's the role? As Customer Service Coordinator you'll be ensuring that all customers get a premium level of service. You'll be responsible for the day to day administration within the department. Daily you'll be responsible for the following: Call Planning in a cost-effective manner. Log calls to CRM system. Provide first contact resolution of customer issues via phone and/or email. Troubleshoot and handle customer enquiries. Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests. Take personal ownership of customer requests and provide an excellent level of support. Maintain accountability for accurate and timely assistance to our customers. Provide exceptional customer service experience as measured through customer surveys and internal SLA’s. Escalate and communicate any customer issues. Preparing and distribution of reporting information within the company. Administration of specific service accounts and associated reporting. Other duties that may be assigned to you as required.
