Software Developer .Net - Dublin City Centre. Responsibilities: - Design and develop future tools for Internet mining and web content analysis using latest .Net technologies. - Take responsibility for the architecture of the solutions utilising Azure Platform. - Develop 3rd party integrations using different technologies (e.g. APIs, files. - Work closely with and understand the data. - Actively participate in Scrum process taking ownership for significant portion of a product lifecycle. - Design and build a testable code, including Unit Tests, Integration Tests, UI Tests. - Help testing the solutions being developed and solve any issues arising from tests. - Help looking after the infrastructure and environments where the systems are being deployed. Skills Required: - Fluency in C# .Net backend development (web-services, RESTfull APIs, databases integration. - Very good experience with no-SQL databases. - Very good understanding of HTTP protocol. - Good understanding of the multithreaded development. - Good knowledge of design patterns applicable in development and their advocacy. - Experience with Git. - Experience with automated build & deployment pipeline. - Good understanding of the database performance implications for data design decisions taken. - Experience in documenting high and low-level designs. Beneficial Skills: - Experience with Internet content analysis. - Experience with micro-services. - Experience with Mongo DB, Elastic Search. - Ability to create Powershell scripts support deployment automation. - Experience with Azure Platform.
