You will be responsible for the retention and acquisition activities for the Residential, Business and Energy Services category. You will report directly into the Marketing Manager, and will also manage two direct reports. If you have 5 years' experience in a Marketing related function, with experience in managing reward Programmes and Campaigns, and are looking to work in a friendly, inspiring, and collaborative environment, this could be the opportunity for you! About the Role. Develop the Residential, Business, Energy Services Marketing plans for Bord Gáis Energy aligned to our value proposition and key commercial targets. Develop, design and implement a cohesive and integrated retention/loyalty plan across Residential, Business and Energy Services targeting specific customer groups and segments. Develop and manage a Rewards strategy to drive uptake and engagement. Manage a range of key third parties including Tesco and examine opportunities to leverage new partners in our Reward programme. Manage the full range of ATL campaigns for Bord Gáis Energy including campaign development, digital, social support and media execution. Utilising Mosaic, develop and execute a cohesive BTL marketing plan based on key set objectives. Be a key member in the development and implementation of marketing automation and decisioning tools. Work closely with category teams, Go-To-Market and DTS to ensure delivery of campaigns. Manage a significant suite of communication material for Residential, Business and Energy Services. Manage the delivery of the price change communications process, AQ/SPC, PSO and other mandatory and regulatory related requirements. Ensure all activities are within planned budget and campaigns are tracked and optimized. About You. You will have a Degree in Business or Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Marketing related function. Experience in managing Reward/Loyalty programmes and campaigns. People management experience. Energy sector industry experience or other service/utility experience. Experience working with a broad marketing mix, including above the line, online and below the line techniques. Strong business sense and commercial awareness. Experience of ownership of business targets and management of operational budgets. Excellent and proven analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet time critical deadlines. Excellent attention to detail.
