Conference & Events Sales Executive Dublin 4* Hotel. Conference and Event Sales Executive to work within the existing hospitality team at this 4* Dublin Hotel. The Conference & Events Sales Executive will have a specific responsibility to proactively increase sales all events, conferencing, banqueting and weddings. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and committed to supporting the hotel business with most of focus on the coordination and administration of the sales department at the hotel including meetings, conferences, weddings, banqueting events, parties and outdoor events. With an eye for attention to detail you will maintain the client database process all client bookings including the processing of contracts and operating information. You will play a role in the proactive development of new business and improving levels of awareness of Hospitality in the market place for this well know 4* hotel. Please note due to the various times of events flexibility would be required to the working hours in this important role. Have you Sales Experience in Hospitality/Hotels coupled with C&B exposure? The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Experience of C&B, meeting and events sales is an advantage. Excellent time management skills. Exceptional communication. Excellent customer service and very customer focused. Must be able to demonstrate basic administration skills. Friendly and approachable nature. Able to work individually and as part of a Team. Pro-active, able to work with little guidance. A creative mind-set. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent organisational skills. A systematic approach to solving problems. Positive attitude.
