Our client is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions based in Dublin with an award winning marketing function who are looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role. As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the design of world class propositions for customers, ensuring a thorough understanding, alignment and support of all stakeholders throughout the design process of propositions. You will also lead and inspire 3rd party proposition design agencies to accelerate the capability of proposition design and solution delivery while also working with internal teams to overcome any barriers. In this position you will be using the design model (Training provided) which ensure efficient and speed to market through a number of avenues e.g. Clear alignment cross functionally on strategy, defined roles and responsibilities, customer centric focus as well as checkpoints throughout the process to ensure alignment. You will have responsibility for ensuring design activity delivers against set goals including customer needs, financial goals, product penetration, enhanced brand activity and is representative of brand strategy. As a member of this team, you will research Customer insights into what is happening in the market, data analytics and customer feedback, look at competitors propositions. The Person. For this position, you will have a proven track record and experience in managing the design of customer led propositions as well as experience in developing customer first strategies with delivery to market. You are a very strong influencer and communicator and can effectively discuss with internal and external stakeholders. Having previous Project Management experience would be a distinct advantage. You will also have a strategic outlook and commercial acumen - designing the future to achieve commercial success.
