Position: Waiting Staff. Noel Recruitment are seeking waiting staff, who have great listening and communication skills, a friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service ability to create a great dining experience for customers in Dublin and surrounding areas. Moving fast and carrying large trays of food are the trademark of a banquet server job. Responsibilities: Show customers to their seats and present a variety of menu options. Take orders and deliver them to the table promtly and accurately. Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards. Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues. Teamwork: Banquet servers are part of a team. You will be working with other servers and the cooking staff to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential. Cleanliness: Being clean and neat when serving food and drinks will help create a great first impression to your customers. Requirements : Proven work experience as waiting staff - Knowledge of food industry. Professional level of English communication skill (written and verbal. Time management and organizational skills highly required. Excellent Customer and personal service standards. Willingness to travel to various locations with flexibility in working hours.
