FULL TIME. Position: Waiting Staff. Communication is key to banquet server jobs. You will need to listen to the customer's order, answer customer's questions, and more. Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately. Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards. Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues. Teamwork: Banquet servers are part of a team. You will be working with other servers and the cooking staff to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
