Noel Group are Hiring an Emploment Advisor. Responsibilities : Ensuring the organisation generates the volume and quality of commercially appropriate business and jobs to ensure the growth and profitability of the organisation. Ensure processes and procedures are monitored and delivered in a timely fashion and that anomalies are reported to the business manager. Ensure that all clients receive a professional, knowledgeable yet friendly service. Produce quality employment leads for JobPath clients. Ensure Clients have correct appointment types within the agreed timescale. Ensure that all clients who did not attended their appointments are followed up in the correct way. Ensure jobs are maximised. Every client who starts employment is given a Back to Work Plan and the employer is contacted and supported throughout the employment. Clients are referred onto the relevant training courses through the correct channels and a progression event is submitted. Ensure that Exit reports are quality checked and submitted within a week of the 'end of programme' Ensure IES calls are completed within the relevant time. Alerts and messages are actioned within 24 hours. Ensure that clients are offered the relevant Survey Monkey. Desired Skills/Experience: Recruitment/HR. Customer Service. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Organised. Problem solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
