Employee Relations Business Partner. As ERBP you will provide a comprehensive and commercially focused HR Service across the business working closely with the business team supervisors and managers to deliver best practice HR solutions which support the company to achieve their targets and growth plans. Role Accountabilities. Lead on a wide range of projects including; employee engagement and reward, change and complex chages and business transfers for new business mobilisation. Manage employee relations and TUPE in a very fast-paced high volume unionised environment. Understanding people practices and ensure alignment to the market and working with managers to ensure their requirements are met and to drive the overall HR plan. Experience & Skills. You will be a qualified HR professional capable of delivering sound and commercial advice and forge strong business partnerships. You will be flexible to travel as there will be some travel in the Dublin area and occasional travel throughout Ireland will expected in this role. Travel to the UK approximately every two months.
