ICDS has been asked to identity a Project Manager at Intermediate or Senior level for one of Irelands leading Construction PM consultancies based in Dublin city centre. In the role, you will be working closely with a talented PM and QS leadership team and manage a variety of projects across Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, and Residential sectors. WHAT YOU NEED: Degree in Construction Management / Engineering / QS or similar. Strong commercial PM experience (Ideally in a consultancy environment. Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
