Customer Service Team Leader. Our client is seeking an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join their busy offices in Citywest . You will be responsible for a team of call centre agents and be responsible for taking escalation calls and high-quality coaching of customer service agents. Candidate must have 3 years’ experience working as a Customer Service Agent in a busy call centre environment and minimum 1 years’ experience as Team Leader. Successful Team Leader must be customer focused , have great communication skills and be a real people person. Responsibilities: •Support Implementation of improvement programmes. •Manage all agents KPIs. •Act as senior point of escalation for performance issues with your team. •Provide one to one coaching. •Assist with recruitment of new staff. •Lead induction of new staff. •Ensuring all tickets are responded to promptly. •Take ownership to ensure high levels of achievement within the team.
