HR Business Partner - Global Beverages, Central Dublin. We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Global Beverages team in Dublin. Our Global Beverages team leads the growth agenda and consumer engagement programs for PepsiCo's much-loved portfolio of global beverage brands, including Pepsi, 7UP, Mountain Dew, Aquafina and Gatorade. The team is formed of Global Marketing as well as critical support functions. In this role, you'll partner with Executive and Senior business leaders across Global Beverages and its supporting functions, including Global Design, Global Insight & Analytics, Global Strategy, Global Commercialization, Global Finance, and Global Communications, as well as leaders from the Western Europe beverages team. Leveraging your executive expertise, you will need to build and leverage trusted relationships to drive the people strategy for your areas of accountability. With broad HR Business Partner responsibility, you will be leading talent management processes, building and deploying engagement programmes, resolving employee relations issues and building the capability of our teams to deliver their agenda. The role will support the Executive and Leadership teams and will report into the HR Director for the Global Categories & Functions team. Principle accountabilities: Develop a deep understanding of the client group and the key challenges they are facing. Activating PepsiCo Global, Europe and UK designed HR programmes, processes and policies. Develop short- and long-term talent solutions. Manage local employee relations. Diagnose issues and partner with our HR Solution Delivery Team to develop and execute initiatives. Assist Talent Acquisition with sourcing talent and developing local succession plans. Essential skills and experience: Experience of working with Executive stakeholders. Experience of managing in an ambiguous environment. Experience of working in a large scale, matrix-driven business. Knowledge of employment law and employee relations. Experience navigating and supporting clients on internal hiring decisions. People management experience. Change management expertise. Knowledge of and experience in the FMCG marketplace. Person specification. Ability to quickly assimilate to a new environment and way of working. Ability to multi-task and balance a complex agenda. Ability to build trust with senior employees. Ability to coach executive leaders. Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness and diplomacy. Professional, composed, articulate and focussed.
