A Sous Chef job has opened up! One of Ireland’s most prestigious hotels is looking for a Sous Chef to join its kitchen brigade. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced chef to work in one of Ireland’s foremost kitchens to produce food of the highest standard. The salary for the Sous Chef job is €32,000. Managing and training the chef team. Managing stock and waste, and ensuring adherence to hotel SOPs, HACCP, etc. Job Requirements: 2+ Years’ experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel. Strong management, communication and leadership skills. Proven excellence in fine-dining cooking and plating.
