We are looking to recruit a Full-TimeStore Manager to join our expanding team. This is a customer facing role, whereby you will manage with the day to day running of the store. You will have an active input and be responsible for the organisation, planning and profitability of the store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and your duties will include: Liaising with customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensuring the store is clean at all times and the staff presentable. Manage staff including delivery drivers. Encouraging an excellent working environment for all staff and good communication between the kitchen, order takers and drivers. Organisation weekly rosters. Liaising with suppliers and daily ordering of products/materials and ensuring efficient stock flow/rotation. Involvement in marketing the business. Cash handling and management. Ensure profit targets are met efficiently and driven accordingly. Ensuring HACCP standards are maintained. Ensuring quality standards are maintained. Experience: The ideal candidate will possess the following: An excellent attitude and telephone manner. Previous assistant supervisor/Management experience in a similar fast paced food environment. Flexibility and willing to work on evenings and weekends. Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills. Be enthusiastic with a good personality. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment. Be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel as well as a knowledge of various POS systems.
