Cpl are looking for a Technical Support Agent for a Digital Services and Consulting company in the City Centre. Permanent, 32-35K DoE. The ideal candidate will be joining a vibrant IT team and grow as Technical Support Engineers, responsible for technical assistance to MS internal customers on the applications. Mandatory Skills. • At least 1 year experience in Support/Administration/Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/Validation&Deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM Systems. Good to Have Skills. • Experience in Dynamics 365 Project Service, Field Service, Outlook Integrations, Upgrades. No sponsorship can be provided for this role. Stamp 4 or EU passport required.
