Noel Recruitment, one of Ireland's largest recruitment companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to look after their online marketing campaigns to deliver on the objectives of the business. The successful candidate should be passionate about building SEO strategies that drive building metrics. Your Role: To introduce and promote the business brands and its core values to the online communities. Create, plan and manage online campaigns to build business network. Managing day to day relationship with external digital supplier or partners for SEO purposes. Work and collaborate with relevant departments to deliver high quality work resulting in high traffic to sites and landing pages. Track, analyse competitors & peers highlighting best practice, learnings and recommended implementation strategy. Become the 'VOICE' of the company across all social media channels and blogs to build brand awareness. Co-ordination with relevant teams in organizing events and job fairs. Your Profile: 3rd level education in digital marketing an advantage but not essential. Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media platforms and Web based technologies. Familiarity with creation of online artwork, E-commerce banners and images. Ability to develop and implement the digital strategy and content development. Multi-tasking skills to deal with projects, meet deadlines and secure results. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Highly creative, enthusiastic and a strategic thinker in the digital sphere. An interest in mainstream or social media trends. Commercially minded with marketing sensibilities. Your Package: Permanent - Fulltime. Dublin location (Ideally Santry) but flexible. Very competitive salary. Investment in external training and development programs. 20 days of annual holidays.
