Acrow Recruitment work with one of Irelands largest fit out contractors who specialise in commercial, retail, cleanroom and hi-tech fit outs. They currently have a new requirement for an experienced Building Services CoOrdinator to join their dedicated Building Services department. Requirements: -Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline. -Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally with some on site experience. -Experience in commissioning, planning and programming and the design co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors and architects, and supervision of trade contractors. -Must be able to ensure engineering procedures are implemented and adhered to. -Good attention to detail, with an analytical approach and ability to work using your own initiative. -Excellent communication skills. -Experience in the use of AutoCAD and Revit desirable.
