Job title: Senior Transfer Agency Administrator. Salary: Negotiable. Location: Dublin City Centre. Duration: Permanent. Our client is a leading asset servicing provider to institutional and corporate clients. They are looking for a Senior Transfer Agency Administrator to join their busy team in Dublin City Centre. In this role you will be responsible for shareholder servicing including processing subscriptions and redemptions, maintenance of shareholder register dealing with investor and client queries and providing reports to investors and clients. Responsibilities: Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds on the relevant system. Resolve dealing enquiries by email and telephone, providing information related to funds’ portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets and currencies. Liaise with clients and shareholders globally. Accurately maintain the shareholder register and investor files. Prepare and distribute shareholder statements, investment manager reports and financial reports. Daily reconciliation of cash accounts. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience A-Z Transfer Agency experience. Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of multiple fund types including Retail, Mutual and Hedge Funds. 3rd level Business/Finance degree. Understanding of dealing process and rules , in particular restricted funds and delayed deals. Client focused with a good understanding of investor related requirements.
