Store Manager, Menswear. Our client, a sophisticated and luxurious menswear retail chain is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Store Manager for one of their stores in Dublin City Centre. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic and fashion savvy Retail Manager with menswear retailing experience. Known for their inspirational designs in both formal and smart casual clothing, you as a Store Manager will have excellent knowledge of the menswear fashion market. You will be commercial, operational and possess excellent leadership skills. Store Manager responsibilities include the following. Maximise profitability through sales and excellent customer service. Drive sales and customer engagement through excellent product knowledge. Inspire, lead and motivate a strong consultative sales environment. Ensure excellent commercial and visual merchandising guidelines are delivered and in accordance to company plan. Aim to achieve set and agreed KPI's and manage the store P&L. Analyse sales trading reports and liaise closely with head office on product, sales and KPI's. Carry out regular training sessions ensuring your team have the best support in order of achieving their goals. Build strong relationships with your customers, ensuring repeat custom. Skills and experience required for this job. 3-4 years Senior Store Management experience. Experience in managing Mens Fashion / Formal and Smart Fashion. A Proven Track Record in delivering success within a consultative Fashion environment. Tailoring experience advantageous but not essential. Experience in Inspiring, training and developing an Strong Sales Team essential. KPI driven essential. Strong experience in delivering store commercial standards. Salary package: DOE.
