Retail Supervisor - Dublin south. Our client, a well-known and successful Outdoor Sports retailer is seeking to recruit a Retail Supervisor for their Flag store in Carrickmines, South Dublin. Known for huge selection of the world's most popular outdoor clothing and hardware brands, this is a destination spot for all outdoor enthusiasts. The job of Retail Supervisor with support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager with all aspects of delivering exemplary service and providing up to date knowledge on all sporting and outdoor events. As Supervisor you will: Support the Management team with all aspects of driving sales and ensuring excellent service is delivered. Working closely with the Sales Team ensuring all sales KPI's are being achieved. Ensure the store is commercially merchandised and visually appealing. Communicate and achieve KPI's including Sales, Costs, ATV, UPT and Foot Fall conversion. Carry regular Team Briefs in order for your team to reach all goals. Maintain a positive work atmosphere, encouraging and building strong relationships with both your team and your customers. Ensure excellent retail store standards and Customer engagement is delivered at all times. Review and analyse sales reports and KPI's and react accordingly. Experience required for the job of Supervisor includes: 2 years retail supervisory experience ideally in fashion or sports retailing. A proven track record in driving sales and service. Experience in achieving KPI's. Experience in leading a team of 5. Visual and commercial merchandising experience. Salary package: €24-25k. Bonus.
