Project Supervisor (ESB Level E Qualified. Blanchardstown €Neg / Hr. 4 months contract for substation project in West Dublin. Main Responsibilities: To promote and ensure high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with ESB safety standards and codes of practice. To establish and maintain relationships with KN operatives, Clients & Subcontractors. Ensure project is delivered in accordance with design requirements. Support the Project Manager in the handover of the project to client. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and with company health & safety policy on all sites under control. Interface with client and supplier designers. Planning safe system of works and developing method statements. Issuing Communications/Documents to clients. Oversee quality control on site for all aspects of the works. Monitoring and recording progress on site and keeping daily records. Supervising sub-contractor and specialist works on site. Liaising with all members of the site teams to ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, technical and commercial aspects Core Skills. Requirements ESB Level E Qualification. Good standard of verbal communication. Be able to take a lead role in supervision and management of sub-contractors and operatives on site. Good problem-solving skills. Collaborative, and keen to share information, knowledge and skills. Be able to identify the goals of any project and work towards them. Able to take a structured and methodical approach to any task, identifying priorities and setting deadlines. Civils experience required with main contractor/ subcontractor.
