Recruitment (Senior) Consultant - Technology & IT. The ICDS Group is a long-established company, providing professional recruitment services into the medical device, pharmachem, technology, IT, food, and construction markets, as well as labour supply services. We operate in Ireland, U.K., Scandinavia, mainland Europe, and Canada. We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to be responsible for the Technology and IT division, providing a comprehensive recruitment service to a wide array of clients in Ireland . This position will be based in our Dublin offices. In this role you will be responsible for relationship development and account management of existing clients; identification and development of new client and business opportunities; sourcing high-skilled candidates using a mix of advertised search, database search, social media and direct sourcing platforms; managing the recruitment process through the interview and selection stages through to offer; managing and completing the offer negotiation process; and bringing client assignments to a successful conclusion. Working in a small team you will have ownership and be fully responsible for all technology and IT recruitment assignents, including software, hardware, firmware etc. You should be a strong business developer, and relish the opportunity to return a "lukewarm" desk back to "hot". As such you should be able to engage with current and historic clients, as well as actively seek out new business opportunities. You should be able to re-energise the substantial candidate database, as well as source and attract new talent. If successful, you will have the opportunity to develop a Technology and IT Recruitment team around you. Interested applicants should be experienced recruiters, at recruiter or senior level.
