Business Analysis. Act as the key interface between delivery teams and the project manager by gathering information, documenting processes and validating the same with users. Manage /oversee/ perform analyses of business goals, objectives and needs of the project and analyses. Serve as a subject matter expert for the delivery team. Communicate with clients and/or other appropriate personnel to define client business needs; lead the translation activities of business requirements requirements into business language, and facilitates client adoption of value-added business solution. Oversee, plan and design highly comlex business processes and make recommendations to improve and support business activities. Take a broad perspective to problems and spot new and less obvious solutions. Analyze and document client's business requirements and processes;, including data dictionaries and volume estimates to communicate requirements. This may include work supporting the onboarding of client or other 3rd party data. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions. Location is Tallaght, Dublin.
