Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for a "people person" who is ambitious, tenacious and resilient with the drive and desire to succeed in business. In a recruitment career at Sanderson you will develop your skills by meeting with clients and candidates, researching the market, identifying in-demand skillsets, sourcing candidates and working to achieve individual and business targets. Key Responsibilities: Building client and candidate relationships. Building your personal brand. Business development and growing your professional network. Achieving monthly business targets. Assessing candidates suitability for job vacancies. Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates. Guide and coach candidates in preparation for interviews. This would suit a third level graduate looking to develop a career in the recruitment profession. We want to meet with professional individuals, who can present themselves with confidence and communicate with clarity, both over the phone and in person. Starting salary is €25,000 plus €7,000 on target commission in year one. Additional benefits include; VHI health insurance, dental insurance, pension, life insurance and flexitime.
