Site Engineer - Dublin / Dublin South. A well-established Residential Developer is currently looking for a Site Manager to join their close-knit team in South Dublin. The Site Managers role. The successful Site Manager will support the immediate needs of the client with their ongoing Residential, Commercial and Educational Projects, while being involved with the management of sub-contractors on site. They are looking for a Site Manager who has a Main Contractor background but is also committed to being innovative and developing their professional skills and would also have a keen interest in someone coming from a trades background who has moved into management. The Site Manager will have: - Experience in either New Builds or Refurbishments. - Interest in developing their career. - Driving License. - Relevant degree/qualification preferred. - Has Main Contractor / Developer experience.
