Key Responsibilities. Provide advice, coaching and mentoring support to managers and staff. Working alongside the HR Business Partners, act as trusted partner to line managers on performance management, employee relations, grievance and disciplinary issues, recruitment and selection and onboarding ensuring advice is legally compliant and in line with Company procedures, employee handbook and best practice. Working as a key member of the HRIS Implementation assist the HRIS Business Lead in project deliverables, including preparation of project workbooks, testing and data capture activities. Participate in the the annual performance review process and reward cycle. Support line managers in the management of absence and occupational health matters. Be the point of contact for general HR queries, escalating more complex issues to the HR Business Partner. Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure that the development needs of employees are addressed Prepare management information reports. Asssist in the administration of our Company Benefits programmes. Support Wellbeing, Occupational Health and Engagement across the business. Promote equality, diversity and champion our culture and valuesin all actions and activities. Skills, Abilities and Experience. A degree in HR or another Business related discipline or another relevant HR qualification. CIPD accreditation is an advantage. A minimum of 5 years experience in a Generalist role with extensive experience utilising a HR system. Super user/admin experience of SuccessFactors or Workday. ER & IR experience to include handling grievance and disciplinary issues from start to finish. A high level of commitment to delivering and a 'can do' attitude. The ability to develop strong relationships with business areas and influence positive outcomes and behaviours. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to prioritise and organise work to regularly achieve deadlines. Resilient with strong problem solving capability.
