Senior Project Engineer. As Senior Project Engineer you will be required to:- Ensure that company safety & quality policies are fully implemented & complied within the business. Factory manufacturing floor area & workshop cleanroom & on customer sites. Lead project teams of Engineers & Technicians associated with machine order fulfilment responsible for:- Review & technically critique engineering designs releases. Manage controlled implementation of new products & sub-assemblies released from R&D & development activities into manufactured products. Lead assembly & testing of modules & final system integration & commissioning at factory & at customer site installations. Manufacturing process information systems (BAAN ERP) to ensure repeatable & reproducible assembly of large capital equipment systems. Manage documentation & procedural control at factory & at customer site installations. Work Order release process, maintenance & close-out. Parts & assemblies control while work in progress. Assembly instructions & check sheets. Module test instructions & test record sheets. Manage equipment disassembly, cleaning & packing operation. Manufacturing, installation & commissioning controls. New work method evaluation & generation of best-known-methods into formal work instructions & procedures. Manage project specific jigs, fixtures, calibrated equipment & work tools. Onsite parts management & parts shipments co-ordination during installation. What you need. FETAC level 8 degree in Electrical Eng (or equivalent) with 5 or more years of equipment manufacturing experience. Detailed knowledge of Electrical / Electronic schematics & circuits. Expertise in Electrical / Electronic component selection. Managing teams of people to achieve team goals. Strong software/ automation knowledge for machine/ controller/ robotics setup. Strong data compilation & analytical skills. Experience with ERP production modules in machinery manufacturing environment. International Electrical / Mechanical /Electro-magnetic Compatibility (EMC) & safety stds & certification process. Advantageous Supplementary Skills. Vacuum equipment & or Vacuum furnace experience. Working in a clean room environment. Baan/ SAP ERP system. Crystal Reports data analysis software. Experience working in ISO9000 environment. Please apply to discuss in detail.
