Finance Business Partner | 70k. My client, an Irish owned company are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Director of Finance this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. Key responsibilities. Manage the Business Planning Tool with responsibility for the generation and reporting of the long-term business plan financial information. Offer support to the business to assist in the development of integrated business plans across all functions. Provide strong and in-depth analysis and commentary around business plans to give. leadership a view on the strength of the business plan and alignment to overall corporate strategy. Identify and clarify the main drivers of the business plan and ensure they are reflected accurately within the Business Planning Tool. Report internally and externally on business planning outputs for all compliance and regulatory returns. Work with the Business to define, develop and implement business planning processes; bringing together various functions of the business. Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Undertake rigorous sensitivity analysis of the Business plan financials. Understand the local market and business environment that the New Business Department is operating under in order to ensure the context of the plan is understood. Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections. Key Requirements. Qualified Accountant. Strong financial modelling experience. Strong attention to detail. Experience of performance management data analysis reporting. Experience working with senior management.
