The ideal candidate will be an experienced Manager who will lead, manage and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets. This Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the warehouse, staff, delivery of service levels, cost control, performance of the team, quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities of this Warehouse Manager Job Dublin: Managing all warehouse resources to facilitate the effective running of the warehouse. Coordinating all activities in line with set targets and KPIs, Assist with recruitment and selection and training of staff to meet business needs. Lead the warehouse team to deliver a best in class service to our customers. Ensure effective communication within the Warehouse. Maintain a safe working environment in line with current legislation. Manage and lead the team to ensure that they have the skill sets, resources and support needed to deliver objectives. Ensure appropriate performance review, development and succession management systems are operating effectively. Set team objectives & targets and monitor & feedback on performance on an ongoing basis. Lead the team by example. Requirements of this Warehouse Manager Job Dublin: 3-5 years management level (or higher. Proven track record of effective resource management to maximize productivity. Proficient in MS Office.
