Responsibilities as a qualified Butcher : Boning, rolling and trimming meat. Breaking down beef. Providing exceptional customer service, i.e., cooking and storage advice. Ensuring excellent store standards. Requirements for this Butcher job: Previous retail butcher experience. Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations. Exceptional knife skills.
