THE ROLE. The Exhibitions, Learning and Programming Manager will be a member of the Exhibitions, Learning and Programming (ELP) Department, with responsibility for managing exhibitions, learning and programming projects and activities across the NLI. Reporting to the Head of Exhibitions, Learning and Programming, the successful candidate will manage the development of new public programming spaces as well as leading on ELP projects and activities across the NLI. A particular focus during the next three years will be the management of ELP’s involvement in the development of the NLI’s historic West Wing as a public space. The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the redevelopment, delivery and management of the new Yeats exhibition and other new exhibition, learning and public engagement spaces. Following the completion of the West Wing renovation, the Exhibitions, Learning and Programming Manager will be responsible for the ongoing operation, management and animation of exhibition spaces across the NLI, and the day-to-day management of projects, activities, and staff within the department.
