Description

The team in the Financial Education Unit fulfils an extremely interesting and important role that directly assists consumers and the public. This new and exciting position will be crucial in supporting this team, assisting the Financial Education Strategy Manager in the delivery of key projects and implementing the CCPC’s current Financial Well-being Strategy. The aim of the Strategy is to develop financial capability in Ireland under three key pillars 1. Educating children and young people; 2. Encouraging active savings and 3. Planning for retirement. The role also involves assisting on a number of projects including research projects, responding to public consultations and public surveys on financial education and capability.   The Financial Education Strategy Executive will also assist in the evaluation and measurement of the success of the Strategy and the development of a new strategy. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and support relationships with external stakeholders.
