Applications are sought to fill 2 Higher Executive Officer vacancies in the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).  We intend to establish a panel of successful applicants from which to recruit as new posts and vacancies at this level arise thereafter.  Reporting to the Head of the assigned business unit, this role will assist with implementing the strategic priorities of the RTB and the delivery of the organisation’s business plans.     Based on organisational requirements, Higher Executive Officers are employed in all departments of the RTB covering a wide range of functional responsibilities.  For operational reasons and in response to business needs, Higher Executive Officers may be moved between business units during their employment with the RTB.     The Higher Executive Officer position is a key member of the organisation’s middle management team and is responsible for completing stated objectives under organisational and business unit plans.
