Professional Services Group have a newly created permanent opportunity available for a Transfer Pricing Director to join their successful and expanding International Tax and Transfer Pricing department as part of their growth plans for the next five years. The Director will manage the day-to-day operations of groups Transfer Pricing service and help to lead out the strategy for this high-growth service line. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, forward thinking high-achiever seeking a new challenge in a progressive and forward-thinking firm. Key Responsibilities. Manage the execution of transfer pricing projects including documentation, planning, audit support and tax controversy. Co-ordinate international engagements with other offices, often in collaboration with International Tax service partners. Develop ideas and strategies to advise clients on global business models. Participate in sector strategy development and execution including Aviation Finance and Food & Agriculture. Identify and propose transfer pricing planning opportunities for clients and target businesses. Develop collaborative initiatives with Trade & Customs to support clients navigating the challenges of Brexit. Understand and recommend accounting implications for transfer pricing arrangements. Liaise within Tax and other departments to deliver strong professional advice to clients. Contribute to marketing communications, events and thought leadership on transfer pricing and related topics. Develop and mentor managers and staff on transfer pricing topics and technical skills. Qualifications and Experience. Tax Qualified CTA, AITI. Minimum 8 years total experience in tax including a minimum 4 years' experience working directly on transfer pricing matters for corporate clients or similar industry experience. Thorough knowledge of Irish transfer pricing legislation. Eager to upskill on technical and industry knowledge. Experience in managing staff and project teams.
