We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to cover Maternity Leave for a period of 14 months. The Senior Data Analytics Manager will be based within the Management Accounting department. The Role  Advocate, convert and build data-fuelled solutions that help our stakeholders improve strategic decision making. Dig in and become an expert in our data sets. Develop and supervise complex data products that are integrated into business processes and generate added business value. Take ownership of full lifecycle development from analysing current processes, providing functional specification, designing and developing solutions, testing and providing support once live. Provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead development cycles, and ultimately produce analytic solutions that will become part of our core business. Work with cross-functional team members to identify high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas helping to support advanced analytics in their business areas. Research, design and validate diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes. Upskill direct report and colleagues by creating a culture of shared best practice. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives. Requirements. Degree or Masters in Data science, Statistics, Computer science or a related field. 4+ years’ experience in a similar role. Advanced Excel skills are essential, including VBA coding. Experienced in use of power pivot & query. Working knowledge of Access databases. Working knowledge of SQL. Experience with BI tools, eg. Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI. SAP (Advantage.
