HR Manager, Technology – JW134. I am working with an exciting technology employer based in North Dublin. They are seeking hire a HR Manager working with their management team and overall workforce to support all people initiatives. This is an Irish owned organisation with an international reach. They have been in business for over 10 years but have a true entrepreneurial spirit and start-up environment and they are looking for someone who really enjoys and thrives in this type of culture. A little more about you: • 5 years HR Management experience, ideally within the Tech sector but open to any sector once the person a worked in a start-up environment. • Business-Partnering approach including management coaching. • End to end HR including recruitment, performance management, C&B, L&D, D&I etc. • Passion for people and problem solving. • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will be working from home initially with flexibility after restrictions end. There will also be some travel required once it is safe to do so.
