HR Director. Sanderson is partnering with is Global Services client to recruit a Human Resources Director who is responsible for the strategic and operational management of human resources for Ireland. The role is responsible for partnering with the business and setting and delivering the people strategy. A key focus is to ensure that Ireland continues its high performance track record and to continues to foster a workplace where people are engaged and inspired to deliver exceptional service, whilst developing a successful career with purpose and meaning. Role Context. Reporting to Managing Director with a dotted line reporting to the SVP HR Europe. Collaborate with the senior management team to implement a holistic approach towards employee welfare, engagement, future of work and talent identification and retention. Work in conjunction with regional HR teams and local marketing resources to drive employer branding activities to promote the Employer Value Proposition. Provide advice and direction for employee relations matters to all employees and Managers in order to champion a fair and inclusive work environment. Core Responsibilities. Support and manage the Corporate / Regional Human Resources Policies, Process and Tools in Ireland such as Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Succession Management planning, HR IT Landscape. Advise business managers in organisational effectiveness, performance and development. Manage the compensation and benefit policy and drive a pay for performance culture. Design and implement career and succession planning. Resource the organisation with world class talent and identify and develop internal talent to provide a pipeline for future specialist and leadership positions. Play a leading role in adopting new digital platforms and solutions. Identify and develop role specific core and professional competencies and lead the evaluation of employee performance against these. Drive internal communications and act as a change agent in organisational transformations. Skills & Experience. Relevant educational qualifications. Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR leadership role. Knowledge and practical experience of Irish employment law. Compensation and Benefits Experience in similar HR role. Project Management Experience. Strong communication skills.
