HR Manager. Leading a team of 4 and part of the leadership team and you will partner with management to guide, advise and coach on all aspects of operational and strategic HR to include; training, audit, strategy development and delivery, engagement, employee relations, recruitment & talent, learning & development. You will have overall responsibility to manage day-to-day HR activity on site and to work closely with the Group HR team. Main Responsibilities. Develop the strategy for the business, agree plans of action for each area designed to deliver for the business in line with strategy, deliver action plans as agreed. Development and review of new HR policies, procedures and processes to meet current and changing regulatory and business requirements. Collaborate with the General Manager in delivering continuous improvement initiatives and training across the business. Manage employee relations issues and support the HR team to do so. To engage with the Union in a proactive manner and to drive collective issue resolution. Coach and guide managers with appropriate tools and processes for performance management and people development. Act as a change agent to the business and be viewed as a change champion. Manage and deliver all HR activities under the various Group audits. Coaching and development of managers and team leads. Assist in the preparation of the HR Budget and deliver this budget. Development of HR processes in relation to ongoing changing business requirements. Manage HR aspects of VHI group scheme and Company Occupational Pension Scheme. Manage, develop and coach your HR team, complete yearly reviews, set objectives and monitor performance against objectives. Education & Experience. Team lead, HR Management experience within Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG. Employee Relations oversight and expertise. Experience in coaching and mentoring and business partnership. Team leadership and development experience is essential. Expert knowledge of Irish employment law legislation. Analytic mind set uses HR data to make informed decisions. HR qualification (Diploma, Degree. CIPD Qualification.
