HR Business Partner. Sanderson is recruiting for a permanent HR Business Partner that will work closely with the business to deliver the people agenda. A true partnership role that will deliver the people strategy across the division, support transformation, ensure alignment of all HR activities. On a day-to-day basis the HR People Partner will work closely with the Senior HR Partner and leadership as the subject matter experts across the HR team, and the wider colleague cohort. Core Responsibilities. This role has a wide ranging brief across the HR landscape and will provide opportunity for the successful candidate to work with the Senior People Partner to shape the role. Support the Divisional People Partner and manage the local implementation of key programmes in areas such as workforce planning, resourcing, performance management, capability assessment and development, ensuring alignment to and adoption of Group HR policies, processes and frameworks. Act as a strategic HR partner to the relevant management team(s), providing HR guidance and advice in order to ensure the provision of a quality HR service that aligns with overall strategy and plans. Actively seek solutions to identified people-related business problems and bring these solutions to the wider HR team to ensure consistent best practice across the organisation. Interact with Divisional People Partner and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the HR team to find sustainable and innovative solutions to business challenges. Support the delivery of transformation across the division by working with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Work with management to ensure the business is resourced appropriately, providing HR expertise across the end to end process including participating as a member of interview panels as required. Manage the interface with the Group HR resourcing team and with recruitment agencies, as required. Skills and Experience. At least 5 years' HR Business Partnering experience. Experience of working with and influencing senior management in large, complex organisations. Experience working closely with the business in the delivery of significant strategic change. HR or business degree or related discipline.
