My client, a global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work. with the Change and Transformation team for a 12-Month contract.  Key Responsibilities:  · Complete operational assessments.   · Clearly identifies project stakeholders and collaborates with project sponsors   · Translates conceptual requirements into functional requirements   · Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts   · Contribute to the development of a business case for each. initiative.   · Assist in identifying areas for automation   · Employ project management tools and techniques      Requirements of the role:  · Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a financial services organisation.   · Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.   · Strong desktop, IT and systems skills required   · Excellent interpersonal skills  If you are interested in this role, please forward your CV today to Genevieve at ggomes@sigmar.ie for consideration.  .
