Duties: liaise with clients, internal and external teams to identify construction project requirements;  analyse project components and establish timelines; assist with budget preparation, monitor  spending; analyse project activity and progress, provide suggestions for improvement to  management; manage PR/PO process for vendor invoices; ensure projects are on track, on budget & meet deadlines; coordinate project closeouts; produce project progress reports  Required : Min 2 years of relevant experience, Prince2 certification, experience establishing project  timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within them, experience analysing project  activity and preparing project progress reports  Salary : 33,000 (for 40 h/w)  E-mail CV to  .
