SR HR Business Partner. Sanderson is partnering with its leading client to recruit a permanent SR HR Business Partner to provide strategic, practical and thought leading HR support to the business. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment and has a passion for building and refining processes and practices. A strong influencing skills and a mentor who builds relationships with leaders and colleagues. Core Responsibilities. Partner with and advise the business on all things related to People and Talent from recruitment and selection, team integration, reward, performance management, development and engagement. Responsible for providing comprehensive proactive HR partnership to specified departments and their respective teams. Provide general HR support to all levels of staff in business areas. Anticipate issues and needs within the business areas and address these effectively. Carry out HR projects to support the HR strategy including those relating to risk, GDPR and D&I. Mentor and develop members of the Talent Team. Skills and Experience: The role is suited to a self-starter who can operate calmly under pressure, work effectively to deadlines and who is highly organised. The candidate will be a strong team player with excellent influencing skills, the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly. He/she should have the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a natural curiosity will also be key to success in the role.
