We are currently recruiting for Head of Operations in Ireland for our Client, an expanding Hotel Group. The Head of Operations will have responsibility for the overall performance of all Hotels on the Island in operations management, financial results, Sales and Marketing activities, product development, standards, service, team performance etc. The Head of Operations will ensure brand visibility, creating and enhancing the service values and culture and will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities. The Head of Operations will work closely with the Group Financial Director, Sales and Marketing Director, HR and Revenue Directors and each Hotel team to maximise performance in existing Hotels and plan and manage opening new properties on time. The Head of Operations will report to the Company Directors and the role will primarily be based in Dublin Head Office, you must be available to travel between all properties in Ireland and to represent the Company abroad as required. Requirements: 5 years plus Multi-site General management within a hotel group - preferably in the Dublin Market. 5 years plus Senior Leadership role within a hotel group - preferably in Ireland; 5 years plus experience leading and managing a senior team/Cluster to achieve Operational and financial results.
