Description

Procurement Analyst. This great company supports customers with their wellbeing & their growing procurement division needs a Procurement Analyst for their Services Dept. based in Dublin & Kilkenny. Responsibilities: Oversee administration involved in best practice procurement & internal Policies & Procedures. Management & administration of their Contract Management & supporting the procurement depts. who need to run/renew RFXs for services. Ensure that contracts/service agreement documents across the organisation are in place using an early warning system for renewal of contracts. Be the main POC for all dept. Procurement Leads in relation to the management of this CMS. Advise on correct procurement processes (i.e. tendering, market review etc.) inc. analysis of tender returns, issuing of tender summary reports & recommendations to Head of Services. Ensure that all Procurement Templates are updated in line with policies & procedures. Develop & deliver training to internal stakeholders; Prep various reports on monthly & quarterly compliance basis showing compliance & update the databases. Provide advice to the int. Stakeholders in relation to best practice procurement processes. Review RFP documents, proposals, exceptions requests & provide help to relevant parties. Review of the contracts saved on the CMS, setting up PSL panels & introduce changes & improvements to processes & systems. D evelop & roll out of the Procurement software solution, Services ticketing system. Requirements: Relevant third level Degree/Diploma. Min 3 year procurement experience. Advanced skills in windows, excel are essential. Experience on financial software operational systems desirable. Business Management, supply chain & strategic sourcing knowledge is desirable. Advanced analytical skills. Exceptional negotiation & financial analysis & contract perusal skills for use to help internal stakeholders with running in their RFX's. Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal. Self-starter with ability to influence & work as a member of a team. Willing to support the team, showing flexibility & can plan & prioritise work activities & time efficiently. Solutions driven, problem solver with a "can do" attitude. Great attention to detail.
