HR Project Manager. Sanderson are recruiting for an HR Project Manager to join a project team for a 12 month period to contribute to an organisation design programme. You will be responsible for providing HR expertise across the Ireland business working on the new operating model project focussed on organisation redesign and working with managers and senior leaders on realignment/restructure to ensure consistent approach across Ireland. Work remotely, mainly from home, this role can have a Dublin or Belfast base. Key Responsibilities. Build strong collaborative relationships with employees and Business leaders to implement HR strategic initiatives for the SDM project. Partner with the relevant Business leaders on change management initiatives focusing on organisational redesign. Analyse and investigate business and people trends within the relevant business area. Feed insights gained from the business into key HR initiatives, and support all HR initiative and services with Business leaders, to enable successful implementation of change. Educate, coach and support Line Managers in people management activities, supporting with the development of their people. Play a role in fostering the culture and values across our Business. Skills and Experience. 5 years' Generalist HR experience with at least 2 years in a project focused role with experienced in organisational design & implementation. CIPD qualified and/or relevant work experience. Experience in leading HR change initiatives. Experience of working in a unionised environment desirable.
